Dangerous Health Fraud in Corporate
America Series

28:14
Dangerous Health Fraud in Corporate America
Series. In the summer of 2005, Bausch & Lomb
learned of serious eye infections caused by
their ReNu with MoistureLoc contact lens
solution. Approximately 6 months later they
initiated recalls only in Hong Kong and
Malaysia, continuing to sell the product in
the U.S. until April 2006, completely
disregarding the safety of U.S. consumers.
Evidence later showed that they: cut corners
in the design and testing of ReNu; lied to
the FDA to gain their approval; switched the
formulation of ReNu to get it to market
quicker; and hid its February 2006 recall in
Asia from U.S. regulatory agencies. As a
result thousands of people were injured,
including Elizabeth Poole who underwent
painful and extensive surgeries and
treatments, eventually losing her eye. This
is her story and the story of how a major
Fortune 500 company lied to the FDA and
consumers all in the name of profit. Ken
Wexler and Ed Wallace, partners at the law
firm of Wexler Wallace LLP, join Elizabeth
Poole and Debra Pritss, a registered nurse
with Wexler Wallace LLP, to discuss this case
and its impact on consumers. Ken Wexler
devotes his practice to helping those whose
rights have been denied or who have been
victims of the unscrupulous or fraudulent
actions of others, most often by more
powerful entities. Founder of the firm that
bears his name, Ken has been in leadership
positions in cases with far-ranging subject
matters, including brand name manufacturer
suppression of competition from generic
drugs, fraudulent and deceptive product
overcharges, discrimination and harassment,
corporate waste and mismanagement, cost
recovery for defective medical devices, false
advertising, and government fraud. Kens
practice is devoted to complex class action
and commercial litigation. Ed Wallace is a
partner at the Chicago office of Wexler
Wallace. He has seen the judicial system at
work from both the plaintiffs and the
defendants perspective. He has been asked to
serve in prominent positions in numerous
complex cases, including recent appointments
in cases involving the technology and
pharmaceutical industries. Ed is also a
member of various legal organizations,
including the American Association for
Justice and the National Association of
Shareholders and Consumer Attorneys. Wexler
Wallace is dedicated to achieving positive
change for consumers, employees, shareholders
and special groups who have been injured by
individuals or organizations through fraud,
antitrust violations, unfair competition or
other types of unlawful misconduct. The
lawyers at Wexler Wallace likewise believe
that those who seek to hold the powerful
accountable are entitled to lawyers of the
same or better quality as the lawyers who
represent their adversaries. Wexler Wallace
is also different than other law firms
because of its passion and because of its
willingness to risk what it takes to achieve
successful results. You can contact Ken

U.S. Pet Food Recall
28:13
In 2006 and 2007, 60 million containers of
180 different brands of pet food and treats,
produced by 12 different manufacturers, were
recalled due to the intentional contamination
of wheat gluten and rice protein imported
from China by two Chinese Companies, Xuzhou
Anying Biologic Technology Development Co.
and Binzhou Futian Biological Technology.
This was the largest recall of pet food in
U.S. history and was initiated by the
dominant manufacturer of dry dog and cat
food, the Canadian Company, Menu Foods. The
contaminated wheat gluten and rice protein
were adulterated with melamine which,
combined with cyanuric acid, can lead to
acute renal failure if eaten by small
animals. The two Chinese supply companies
intentionally put melamine into wheat gluten
and rice protein to deceive manufacturers and
the public of their true protein content,
resulting in the deaths of untold numbers of
animals and putting at risk more than 100
Million pets in Americas households. This is
the true story of this historic $24 Million
dollar settlement for 23,000 claimants and
how the loss of one familys pet and friend,
Sahara, adversely affected the lives of one
pet owner, Tracy Schlutter. Ken Wexler and Ed
Wallace, partners at the law firm of Wexler
Wallace LLP, join Tracy in recounting this
powerful story.. You can contact Ken Wexler

Tragedy & Triumph

29:31
In 1986, Kristi Elliott was an all-star

OSU's Mirror Lake, striking a limestone

graduate college, become a champion of
self-reliance, even challenging herself to

What's Wrong with the American
Financial System?

15:2
In this in-depth interview, Andrew Entwistle,
Managing Partner of Entwistle & Cappucci LLP;
William Black, a former S&L regulator,
best-selling author of The Best Way to Rob a
Bank Is to Own One and Professor of Economics
and Law at the University of Missouri -
Kansas City; and Steve Murphy, Host and
Producer of the Insider Exclusive, analyze
what's wrong with the American financial
system.. Andrew, Professor Black and Steve
expose how the collapse of government
regulation creates an environment for bankers
and executives to act with impunity. But it
was more than greed and incompetence that
hurt our financial system - it was fraud. By
creating triple-A rated bonds out of
¡°liars' loans¡± - loans without
verifying income, assets or employment - the
federal government and the banking system set
the stage for disaster in the real estate
market and the broader economy. This drastic
reduction in regulation is now responsible
for the biggest banking crisis since the
Great Depression. Andrew, Professor Black and
Steve get to the heart of these financial
shenanigans, and reveal the cost of
governmental indifference.. William Black is
a former S&L regulator, best-selling author
of The Best Way to Rob a Bank Is to Own One
and Professor of Economics and Law at the
University of Missouri - Kansas City. He was
the Executive Director of the Institute for
Fraud Prevention from 2005-2007. He has
taught previously at the LBJ School of Public
Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin
and at Santa Clara University, where he was
also the distinguished scholar in residence
for insurance law and a visiting scholar at
the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics. Bill

Investors Injustice
28:30
In 2006, USA Commercial Mortgage, a direct
real estate lender financed by 3,000
investors whose investments were secured by
property deeds, filed for bankruptcy. U.S.
District Court Judge Robert C. Jones denied
standing to all 3,000 lenders/investors,
thereby wiping out their secured $600 million
in assets. Donna Cangelosi, the secured
property lenders’ spokesperson, discovered
that USA had engaged in a series of nefarious
activities in a Ponzi-like backend scheme.
Judge Jones has continuously refused to hear
Donna’s group’s petitions and has
threatened legal action against her and the
3,000 investors. William Cohan, a legal
adviser to Donna’s group, sought to have
Judge Jones’s ruling overturned by the 9th
Circuit. This is the true story of how 3,000
investors are being denied justice.. William
A. Cohan has litigated in federal trial and
appeals courts throughout the United States
for the last 30 years. He has obtained more
acquittals in criminal tax cases than any
attorney practicing in the United States over
the last 30 years (including 2 cases
involving more than $10 million), secured
several multi-million dollar verdicts and
settlements for plaintiffs, and successfully
defended against several multi-million dollar
civil claims and forfeitures. The other
twenty-five percent of his cases involve
business disputes between individuals and
non-governmental entities: he defends
individuals, corporations, trusts, LLP's,
LLC's, and partnerships in controversies
concerning real estate, securities, business
acquisitions, employment, banking and
insurance. One essential element in William's
success over the last 30 years is and always
has been investigating and discovering the
larger context of a case. 858-832-1632

INSURANCE Company Secrets - What
Policyholders Need to Know

22:15
INSURANCE Company Secrets - What
Policyholders Need to Know If you own an
Insurance Policy…And you believe it
protects you from life’s
misfortunes…..You really need to watch this
Network TV Premier Show. You’re in for a
rude awakening and a real
shock! Remember…No matter what kind of
warm, fuzzy feeling you get from your
insurer’s TV Commercials, the company is
NOT your friend. State Farm is not a
good neighbor; it is not even like a good
neighbor. The cradling of Allstate’s logo
will not comfort and protect you like your
mother’s arms did. In a perfect world
insurance companies would always do the right
thing. Yet in reality the industry
harbors…. a dirty little secret. Your
insurance company’s main objective is NOT
to protect you. Today the name of the game
is to Maximize Profits for them! Their
strategy, when it comes to dealing with your
claims… when you really need them…when
you are most vulnerable is SIMPLE… ….
DELAY, DENY, and DEFEND… Basically to
improve their bottom line profits by delaying
payment of justified claims, denying payment
altogether, and defending their actions by
forcing claimants to fight them in the
courtroom. "People are giving them money
for something they will never receive”.
"What that really means is they're selling
uncollectible insurance." Insurance
Companies RULE our country. They control our
banking…. They own WALL STREET. They
catch a virus…. and Wall Street has
Diarrhea for a week! …. And when
Interest rates fall and their investment
earnings plummet…..then they run to
Congress and SCREAM “TORT REFORM”.
“Lawsuits are killing us…they
scream…And those Greedy trial lawyers are
to blame….. By filing frivolous lawsuits
and convincing ignorant juries to dole out
obscene verdicts… BUT Ironically…..
WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW…. Until now is…
that Insurance companies regularly and
deliberately invite lawsuits whenever the
costs and hassles for a third party claimant
look to exceed all potential for
recovery. Rather than just doing the right
thing ….. Too many insurers prefer to play
a game of litigation chicken….. …A
frivolous lawsuit strategy in reverse….
Don't like it? …Sue me. In the Special
Network TV Premier, The Insider Exclusive
INVESTIGATES & EXPOSES “INSURANCE Companies
Secrets - What Policyholders Need to
Know And How the SMOKING GUN, “ALLSTATE
Insurance’s McKinsey Consulting Report”,
published both in David Berardinelli’s
“From Good Hands to Boxing Gloves” and
online by Allstate, after Florida’s
Insurance Commissioner, Kevin McCarty, forced
them by suspending their Florida Insurance
license in 2007 ….revealing Allstate’s
previously claimed “confidential trade
secrets” of 150,000 pages, and 12,000 Power
Point Slides, notes, and training manuals.
The Report exposed ALLSTATE’s "Zero
Sum Economic Game”. Otherwise known
as… Allstate gains ... ALL others must lose
. For more than a decade, Allstate
Insurance Co. fought to keep under wraps this
SMOKING GUN and other “so-called
confidential trade secret” documents that
describe how the insurer has made money by
DELAYING, DENYING, AND DEFENDING their
UNCONSCIONABLE corporate conduct, and
increasingly failing to live up to their
contractual commitments. THE INSIDER
EXCLUSIVE Shows you how David Biggs, Ptr @
Law firm of Steele & Biggs…AND Mark Taylor
@ Siegfried & Jensen, are getting Justice for
their clients, like Tricia Rakes and Kerry
Boyak, against their Insurance companies and
the Industry… Earning them the highest
respect from citizens and lawyers alike….
as one of the best plaintiffs’ trial
lawyers in Utah and in America. They have
seen many innocent, hard-working people
suffer at the Hands of their OWN INSURANCE
COMPANIES, and because of that…..They are
driven Not ONLY To get Justice for these
victims of INJUSTICE…. But to make sure
that ALL POLICYHOLDERS Get 100% what their
Insurance Companies Promised! AND… WHAT

Oil and Gas Explosion Trial Attorneys.

Oil and Gas Explosion Trial Attorneys: Melton
v. EnCana Oil & Gas. Kent Spence – The
Spence Law FirmOn July 11, 2004, Mike Melton,
an employee of Riley Industrial Services, a
gas tank cleaning services company, was
cleaning a “drain sump tank,” the toxic
waste catch basin at EnCana’s natural gas
plant near Moab, Utah, when an explosion
occurred, as a result of EnCana’s violation
of OSHA’s requirements to properly “lock
out” and “tag” gas valves before
opening the tanks. The Insider Exclusive will
show proof of how EnCana falsely filed the
OSHA permit, claiming that the “lock
out/tag out” had occurred when it had not.
As a result, Mike Melton suffered severe
burns on his hands, wrists, and around his
face, burning his ears, neck and hair (30%
hearing loss). Mike has also developed an
extreme case of CRPS (Complex Regional Pain
Syndrome) in his hands and arms. He now
can’t use his hands in any type of work.
The Insider Exclusive will show you how
Mike’s lawyer, Kent Spence, took on EnCana
and Mike’s former employer when they tried
to blame Mike for their mistakes. The jury
found EnCana 100% responsible, and after Kent
Spence asked the jury for $21 million actual
damages and $100 million in punitive damages,
EnCana made a last ditch effort to avoid
financial catastrophe with a final offer
outside the courtroom doors. Kent W.
Spence is a third generation Wyomingite who
was born and raised in Riverton, Wyoming.
Kent was a carpenter until he was age 24 when
he went to University of Montana and received

Time Warner Loses $454 Million Case.
28:20
Time Warner’s $454 Million Breach of
Fiduciary Duty: Six Flags Over Georgia v.
Time Warner Entertainment, Inc. Six Flags
Over Georgia, featuring Batman: The Ride, is
one of America’s favorite playgrounds. But
for 5 long years it reflected one of
America’s most historic courtroom
battlegrounds, pitting a small group of
investor/owners in a David vs. Goliath
struggle against the group’s managing
partner, one of the nation’s most powerful
entertainment companies: The Time Warner
Entertainment Affiliates! And even when Time
Warner’s Vice Chairman, Ted Turner, took
the witness stand to plead for leniency . . .
he didn’t sway the jury one bit! The
Insider Exclusive will show how Jim Butler
and George Fryhofer, partners at the law firm
of Butler, Wooten Fryhofer, took on this
Goliath (Time Warner) in one of the longest
and biggest roller coaster rides in American
legal history. And The Insider Exclusive will
also show how the Time Warner Affiliates took
the Six Flags owners for a big ride, stalling
them, overcharging them and then
systematically cheating them. This case went
all the way from a little ole Georgia
courthouse through the legal maze of the
Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme
Court, then on to the United State Supreme
Court and back again for another round . . .
until final victory with a record $454
million verdict that when paid with interest
exceeded $626 million!/nJim Butler worked as
a newspaper reporter from the age of 15 until
graduation from college, was active in
politics, and then owned a construction
company in Cumming, Georgia before starting
law school. He started his career handling
business tort cases, some of which resulted
in important decisions by the Georgia
appellate courts dealing with tortious
interference with contract, conversion, and
wrongful deprivation of the use of property.
He has tried over 150 civil cases to verdict,
and has won numerous verdicts over $100
million, over $10 million, and over $1
million in several states. He has set the
record for verdicts in Georgia on four
separate occasions. He has handled a variety
of cases. In fact, the Georgia record
verdicts involved a medical malpractice case,
a tractor trailer/negligent entrustment case,
a products liability case, and a business
tort case./nGeorge Fryhofer III is a highly
distinguished lawyer, having earned his law
degree from the University of Georgia with
highest honors where he was Editor-in-Chief
of the Georgia Law Review. Following law
school, George clerked for Chief Judge John
C. Godbold of U.S. Court of Appeals for the
11th Circuit. In addition to his landmark
legal victories, George has served on the
Council of the Tort Trial and Insurance
Practice Section (TTIPS) of the American Bar
Association and as Chair of the TTIPS Task
Force on Plaintiff’s Involvement and of the
Task Force on Revisions to the Model Code of
Judicial Conduct. George has tried cases in
Georgia and around the country resulting in 3
nine-figure verdicts, several eight-figure
verdicts and a host of seven-figure verdicts.
George specializes in commercial tort
litigation, products liability, professional
liability, and motor vehicle cases./nButler,
Wooten Fryhofer has a simple formula for
success: hire and keep the best lawyers and
staff, work hard, maintain the strictest
integrity and reputation with courts and
other lawyers, and be creative and
imaginative in helping clients win. As a
result, this firm has a national reputation
not exceeded by any other firm. The firm has
handled cases in 27 states. The firm has
worked for clients and with other lawyers all
across America. You can contact Jim Butler

that’s exactly what happened to James
Anderson and his nephew Steven Walter while
riding on a Wisconsin country road, on a
clear and warm summer day at approximately
1:30 pm on August 9, 2001.Theresa Boulanger,
driver of a GMC truck, illegally and without
warning made an sharp U-Turn from a roadside
parked position, causing James to smash into
the front fender of the truck, ejecting him
more than 100 feet through the air and
banging down the roadside and shoulder.
Wisconsin Accident Investigators later
determined that she was 100% at fault, for
failing to observe the approaching
motorcycles and turning directly into their
path. And, while James was undergoing
extensive medical treatment and his case was
progressing through the justice system, the
Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled on a law
indicating that if you’re not wearing a
helmet, (although there was no helmet law in
Wisconsin), it could prevent you from
recovering any legal damages. Jason Abraham,
Hupy & Abraham, S.C., came to James’s
rescue. Today, The Insider Exclusive will
show you how, Jason petitioned the Wisconsin
Legislature to get Justice for James, and how
he was successful in having the law changed
to allow him to get James the seven figure
recovery he deserved! Jason and former
Wisconsin State Senator Dave Zien, along with
James and his wife Tracy, will tell you how
they did it, what they were up against, and
most importantly, how they reversed
Wisconsin’s mandatory helmet law, and
passed Senate Bill 223. Jason Abraham began
his career with Hupy and Abraham, S.C., in
1993 and progressed to the position of
shareholder at the firm in 1999. He received
his undergraduate degree in psychology in
1989 from the University of Wisconsin,
followed by his juris doctor from Marquette
University Law School in 1992. He is admitted
to practice in the State of Wisconsin, along
with the United States District Courts for
the Eastern and Western Districts of
Wisconsin. He is also licensed to practice in
Missouri. He is a Certified Civil Trial
Specialists by the National Board of Trial
Advocacy, member of the State Bar of

that area has created a clientele consisting

The Jenny Jones TV Show Case
28:20
Media Deaths – The Jenny Jones TV Show
Case The Jenny Jones Show was a popular
talk show broadcast for 12 years, from
September 1991 until the winter of 2003, one
of the many media exploiting talk shows
supposedly featuring real people with
compelling personal stories. On an episode
called "Same-Sex Secret Crushes" taped on
March 6, 1995, a gay man named Scott Amedure
confessed his love for his friend, Jonathan
Schmitz. While on the show, Schmitz reacted
with laughter, but he became disturbed by the
incident later. He had a history of mental
illness and alcohol/drug abuse. Three days
after the show's taping, Schmitz killed
Amedure, and was later convicted of
second-degree murder and received a sentence
of 25–50 years in prison. The episode was
never aired. According to the testimony at
the murder trial, three days after the
taping, Amedure left a "suggestive" note at
Schmitz's house. After finding the note,
Schmitz withdrew money from the bank,
purchased a shotgun, and then went to
Amedure's mobile home. There, he questioned
Amedure about the note, to which Amedure just
smiled. Schmitz then returned to his car, got
his gun and returned to Amedure's trailer. He
then shot Amedure twice in the chest, killing
him. After killing Amedure, Schmitz left the
residence, called 911, and confessed to the
killing. In 1999, Amedure's family then
retained Geoffrey Fieger and sued the
producers of The Jenny Jones Show,
Telepictures, and Warner Brothers for the
ambush tactics and negligent role that led to
Amedure's death. Amedure's family won the
initial ruling, and the show was ordered to
pay them $25 million, after a jury found that
the Jenny Jones Show was both irresponsible
and negligent, contending that the show
intentionally created an explosive situation
without due concern for the possible
consequences. The judgment was later
overturned by the Michigan Court of Appeals
in a 2 to 1 decision. The Michigan Supreme
Court declined to hear the case. The case is
now studied in law school tort classes
because of the legal significance of saying
the show's producers were not responsible for
guests' safety after they had left the
studio. You can contact Geoffrey Fieger

construction workers are seriously injured in
New York City. Construction workers find
themselves confronted by dangerous, unsafe
work conditions on a daily basis. New York
State has enacted laws and regulations to
protect all workers, whether they are
ironworkers, construction workers,

injured worker to navigate without the help
of experienced construction lawyers. Block

The Ashley Kubicz Story
28:20
Auto Injury – The Ashley Kubicz Story
It all began one dark and rainy night on
November 15, 2005, on Highway P in the little
town of Richmond, Wisconsin, when Michael
Turner, a 50-year-old, very drunk driver with
a blood alcohol content of double the legal
limit, swerved across the clearly marked
double yellow centerline on Highway P, in his
big Ford pickup truck, and slammed directly
head-on into 17-year-old Ashley Kubicz’s
little car . . . with catastrophic results!
Trapping her legs in excruciating pain in the
car, severing the artery in her left leg
(which deprived it of the life-sustaining
blood she desperately needed), Ashley clung
on courageously while the medics rushed her
to hospital. Her injuries were so severe
that the doctors had to amputate her leg
halfway from her hip to her knee, which
effectively ended her dreams of being a
softball star. Turner was hauled off to jail,
and one more tragic “alcohol-related”
drunk driver accident was added to the
approximately 630,000 people injured in
alcohol-related crashes every year. That’s
an average of one person injured
approximately every minute of every day of
every year. About 30,000 people a year will
suffer permanent work-related disabilities,
just like Ashley. Every weekday night from 10
p.m. to 1 a.m., one in 13 drivers is drunk
with a blood alcohol content of .08 or
higher; and between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. on
weekend mornings, one in seven drivers is
drunk. More Americans have died in
alcohol-related traffic crashes than in all
the wars the United States has been involved
in since our country was founded. Today, The
Insider Exclusive presents “The True Story
and The Miraculous Courage of Ashley
Kubicz”. Joining Ashley is her mother
Karen, along with Jason Abraham of the law
firm of Hupy Abraham, S.C. Jason got justice

Native American Law – The Shell Game
of Daniel Edwin Jones

22:30
Native American Law – The Shell Game of
Daniel Edwin Jones The Shakopee
Mdewakanton Sioux are a federally recognized
Indian tribe. Tribal members are the direct
lineal descendants of the Mdewakanton Dakota
people who resided in villages near the banks
of the lower Minnesota River. They own more
than 2,800 acres of land, and operate many
thriving successful businesses, including the
Mystic Lake Casino Hotel & the Little Six
Casino. Mystic Lake Casino is The Twin
Cities’ only casino hotel and one of the
largest Midwest casinos, and features the
finest in Midwest gaming combined with all
the amenities of a luxury resort. As the
largest employer in the county, they employ
more than 4,100 people and are a powerful
economic force. Their annual payroll is over
$143.7 million. To the “Shock-Pay”
Mdewakantonwan (“Medawák-ha?to?”) being
a good neighbor is an extension of the
cultural tradition of being a good relative.
The Dakota people believe that all living
beings are relatives and should be treated
not only with dignity and respect, but also
helped in their day-to-day lives. To honor
their ancestors and continue their Dakota
traditions, they believe that to “forget
one's ancestors is to be a brook without a
source, a tree without root. Those who
preserve their integrity remain unshaken by
the storms of daily life. They do not stir
like leaves on a tree or follow the herd
where it runs.” In their mind remains the
ideal attitude and conduct of living. This
gift is not given to them by others; it is in
their roots, a strength that exists deep
within them. Daniel Edwin Jones is a member
of this proud tribe, but definitely does not
live up to its high standard of integrity and
tradition! In 2008, Fred Soucie, lawyer for
Brittany Powell’s mom and sister,
successfully settled a civil case against
Jones, wherein he agreed to pay $2 million to
the family of Brittany Powell, in
installments of one $500,000 payment, plus
$10,000 per month for 12 months, and
$20,000/mo for 69 months. Jones paid
$10,000/month for 12 months and now has
refused to pay anything else. As an adult
member of the “Shock-Pay” Mdewakantonwan
(“Medawák-ha?to?”) he earns $900,000
yearly. That’s $900,000 each and every
year. He just bought a big mansion and a
Mercedes, but refuses to pay any more money
per his legally signed agreement, and is now
using the “sovereign Immunity” of his
Indian tribe as a cover and a
cop-out. Jones’ outrageous conduct
reopened the wounds of grief for Brittany’s
family. Jones is rubbing salt in those
wounds. He is arrogant, he’s flippant and
he is dismissive; and he has never shown any
remorse whatsoever .He flaunts his wealth by
arranging for a big black limo to pick him up
after court hearings. He makes flippant
remarks to Brittany’s lawyers outside of
the courtroom after hearings. His attitude is
“Ha ha, you can’t touch me. I’m a
Native American and I don’t have to worry
about breaching my promises because you
can’t touch me. I’m protected by
Sovereign Nation Status.” Today the
Insider Exclusive goes behind the headlines
to expose Daniel Edwin Jones and find out how
Brittany’s family and their lawyer, Fred
Soucie, plan to get justice for Brittany, her
mom (Victoria Powell Smith), and her sister
(Ariel Powell). And we are sure that the
proud “Shock-Pay” Mdewakantonwan
(“Medawák-ha?to?”) tribe does not
condone nor approve of Daniel Edwin Jones’
conduct since he does not live up to the
great traditions of being a good neighbor and
holding that all living beings are relatives
and should be treated not only with dignity
and respect, but also helped in their
day-to-day lives. Fred Soucie has a national
reputation in catastrophic personal injury
and wrongful death matters of all kinds. His
clients are treated with the utmost care and
respect. Fred consistently obtains some of
the most significant settlements and jury
verdicts in Minnesota. Fred has handled
numerous catastrophic injury and wrongful
death cases. He is especially recognized for
his cases against power companies for
electrical injury and death as well as for
his work against gas companies for gas
explosion injury and death. After law school,
Fred worked on a clam boat on the Atlantic
Ocean out of Ocean City, Maryland. He learned
there is a “right way”, a “wrong
way”, and the “Captain Wayne Watson
way” to do things—always do things to the
best of your ability. Fred took “Captain
Wayne’s way” to heart. Fred survived an
airplane crash early on in his legal career
and knows what it’s like to be injured and
have your injuries doubted and disputed by
insurance companies. Fred is proud to be an
injury lawyer for justice. He takes an active
role in supporting community organizations,
especially those who support injured victims.
The thing Fred is proudest of is what clients
say about the firm's service to them during
troubled times. Soucie Law has helped
thousands of clients recover millions of
dollars for personal injury and wrongful
death victims. Experienced in some of the
most high profile cases in Minnesota against
formidable insurance, municipal, and
corporate opponents, the firm’s attorneys
have prevailed for clients whose only mistake
was being in the wrong place at the wrong
time. Car crashes, semi tractor trailer
collisions, motorcycle injuries, ATV
accidents, bicycle accidents, work injuries,
power line and electrical injury, gas
